Help Desk Analyst / Tier 1 Support
Our client, located in Scottsdale, AZ is in immediate need of a Help Desk Analyst / Tier 1 Support on a Direct Hire Basis.

Help Desk Analyst / Tier 1 Support:
Responsible for verifying production processing health and providing first level of production support
Provide daily support to clients as needed
Drive the implementation process with new trading partners as directed by our clients
Assist Tier 2 on support tasks and projects as needed
Provides real-time monitoring of the production processing environment, and alert Tier 3 of any problems
Run reports and other searches to verify documents have not been dropped, and confirm that recipients acknowledge receipt
Verify mailbags are acknowledgement
Monitor support emails and phone calls for client requests
Set-up new mailboxes and configure AS-2 connections
Through the Nudge Report and other tools, drive the implementation process forward with trading partners as directed by our clients
Meets the goal of number of new Implementations each month
Support Tier 2 projects by providing project management, following up on action items, coordinating meetings, taking and publishing meeting notes

Help Desk Analyst / Tier 1 Support Profile:
4 year degree with a concentration in information systems or two years of experience with exposure to business to business document flow
Previous experience analyzing information, problem solving, & software testing
Understanding of ftp and web browsers
Background in EDI concepts 
Understanding of standard business documents such as purchase order and invoices - Highly Preferred 
Strong MS Office skills 
Ability to work remote 
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
