The Role:
As a Medicare Insurance Agent, you'll:
- Guide Medicare beneficiaries through healthcare decisions
- Educate clients on Medicare Advantage, Supplement, and Prescription Drug Plans
- Build lasting relationships through exceptional service
- Work with an established client base and proven lead generation system
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and people skills
- Self-motivated with sales aptitude
- Basic computer skills
- Commitment to obtaining Texas Health Insurance Producer license
- Legal work authorization
Preferred:
- Previous sales or customer service experience
- Interest in healthcare/insurance
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) capabilities
