Pharmacy Technician Role:
- Support the practice of pharmacy under the guidance of a licensed pharmacist.
- Assist with prescription processing, inventory management, customer service, and compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and ensure accurate prescription dispensing.
- Handle customer inquiries, cash transactions, and insurance claims.
- Maintain accurate records of prescriptions, inventory, and sales.
Pharmacy Technician Background Profile:
- Current Pharmacy Technician certification (CPhT) through the Colorado State Board of Pharmacy or provisional certification.
- Exceptional customer service skills and professionalism.
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Successful completion of a criminal background check.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in prescription processing.
- Effective communication skills with various stakeholders.

Mike has a passion for community service, having served as a board member for the Bear Creek Specialty Utility District (formerly Lavon Water Supply Corporation) from 2007-2013; Community Independent School District board trustee from 2013-2017; and currently serves as Lavon City Councilman, Place 2 since 2017.
