Role of Dentist:
- Exhibit empathy, clear communication, and expertise in diagnosing and treating dental ailments.
- Utilize advanced dental tools proficiently to conduct necessary procedures for maintaining oral health and treating dental issues.
- Engage with patients to address concerns, conduct routine cleanings, and develop strategies for improved dental hygiene.
- Perform various procedures such as extractions, root canals, cavity fillings, bite alignment corrections, and dental overcrowding solutions.
- Administer dental agents, prescribe medications, and provide sedation/anesthesia when needed.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including x-rays and dental models.
- Maintain detailed patient records and collaborate with healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care.
Requirements for Dentist Role:
- Doctorate in Dental Surgery (DDS) or Dental Medicine (DMD).
- Valid state license and malpractice insurance.
- Proficiency in computer applications and healthcare databases.
- Compliance with local, state, and federal regulations in dental and healthcare practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong record-keeping abilities.
- Extensive knowledge of dental procedures, tools, and diagnostic techniques.
- Demonstrated management and leadership capabilities.
