Growing client located in Chandler, AZ has an immediate need for an HR Generalist / Human Resources Generalist on a 6 - month contract basis and could be contract to possible hire for the right skillset.

HR Generalist / Human Resources Generalist Role: 
The HR Generalist is responsible for supporting HR efforts across the US   as well as working with international colleagues and reports directly to the Head of HR. 
Coordinate on-boarding / induction activities for new starters, deliver HR induction to all new starters.   Ensure compliance to company on and off-boarding processes. Work closely with on-boarding coordinators in all DPS offices.
Benefits administration for all DPS USA offices.
Act as a local point of contact in the US for day to day HR related queries.
Support Manager with inquiries about benefits and policies.
Support CPD (Continuous Professional Development) activities including scheduling of CPD events, promotion of CPD programmes and managing internal CPD tracker tool (account set ups, regular reporting & ensuring tool is used in multiple offices etc.).
Administer US policies and procedures in compliance with federal and state laws.  
Own maintenance of internal of HR database. Responsible for maintenance of all employee and contractor data in this system.
Assist US HR Lead with annual PDR (Performance, Development & Reward) processes. Preparation of review forms, training managers on the process, collation of compensation changes data and analysis of review forms.
Regular communications with Finance relating to new hires, leavers and compensation changes.
Maintain physical employee HR files.
Prepare for launch of annual survey. Assist with producing survey result reports.
Assist US HR Lead and global HR team with ongoing improvement processes.
Create regular reports such as on-boarding data, CPD monthly reports and annual survey reports.
Ensure all HR documentation is in line with brand guidelines.

HR Generalist / Human Resources Generalist Background Profile:
Bachelor’ s Degree.
Must have 4+ years of HR experience.
General knowledge of employment laws, benefits compliance and compliance reporting.
Excellent communication skills must be a team player and have a high level of confidentiality. 
Flexible; able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Must be organized with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work with limited supervision and self-driven.
Advanced IT skills are essential particularly with MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook). 
HRIS experience an advantage.
