HR Business Partner Role:
As the HR Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in streamlining HR processes and supporting our call center operations. This role requires the ability to manage multiple deadlines and changing priorities while maintaining a positive and engaging work environment.
Collaborate with Operations Call Center Manager to identify staffing needs, recruit, and onboard new hires
Conduct training and manage timecards
Coach and document employee issues
Ensure compliance with all applicable requirements
Develop innovative ways to reward team and individual successes
Create feedback mechanisms to gauge work environment
Communicate and document team and individual performance metrics
Resolve people problems and work issues promptly
Participate in the development and maintenance of HR objectives
Keep CHRO and President informed of workplace strengths and opportunities
Collaborate with other departments to accomplish priorities
Coordinate HR activities to be efficient, effective, and productive
Achieve established daily priorities and meet deadlines
Perform other duties as assigned

HR Business Partner Background Profile:
Bachelor’s Degree HR preferred but will accept solid generalist experience
in lieu of degree
Must have at least 3-5 years current HR experience within call center operations
Proficiency in Excel and reporting knowledge in Power Bi
Strong business acumen with attention to detail and professionalism
Experience in a high-volume human resources environment
Solid generalist background
Medical or healthcare knowledge, call center, data experience, and degree plus certification preferred
