Vice President of Operations and Development:
As our Vice President of Operations and Development, you'll architect and implement the operational framework that supports our ambitious growth targets. You will lead cross functional teams, optimize processes, and build scalable systems while maintaining the agility needed to capitalize on emerging opportunities. This role demands someone who can think strategically about long-term organizational development while diving deep into operational details when needed.
Lead the development and launch of new locations from concept to grand opening
Serve as primary liaison with general contractors and key stakeholders throughout the development process
Drive project management across multiple concurrent development scopes
Translate strategic vision into actionable expansion plans
Oversee day-to-day operations while maintaining focus on long-term growth objectives
Build and lead high-performing teams through strategic hiring and comprehensive training programs
Establish and maintain clear communication channels between all team members and departments
Ensure operational consistency and brand standards across all locations
Analyze and interpret financial statements to drive data-informed decision making
Identify opportunities for operational improvements and cost optimization
Develop and monitor key performance indicators across all business units
Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership
Function as a strategic partner in all major operational decisions with the CEO
Represent the company in high level meetings with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders
Drive cross functional collaboration and alignment throughout the organization
Vice President of Operations and Development Background Profile:
Bachelors Degree in Business
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Vice President or higher in the restaurant or retail industry
Proven experience in retail or restaurant operations in a multi-unit environment
Strong background in project management with demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
Experience with financial analysis and P&L management
Track record of successful team building, hiring, and training initiatives
Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
