Our client in Cincinnati, OH is currently seeking a Natural Foods and Supplements Manager on a direct hire basis.

Natural Foods and Supplements Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a high-performing retail sales team with a focus on exceptional customer service and professional growth
- Manage department operations to ensure optimal product quality, inventory management, and in-stock conditions
- Oversee product merchandising, promotions, and sales strategies to maximize revenue
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and stay informed of industry trends
- Ensure compliance with government and company regulations for product safety, sanitation, and refrigeration
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
- Manage departmental budget and monitor expenses
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results
- Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing team feedback
Natural Foods and Supplements Manager Requirements:
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- High school Diploma or GED with five or more years of related experience, or equivalent combination of experience and education
- Demonstrated leadership experience in retail, preferably in specialty food or wellness sectors
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Proven ability to motivate and develop teams
- Proficiency in computer systems and digital tools
- Passion for food, wellness, and customer service
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and prioritize tasks effectively

Mike has a passion for community service, having served as a board member for the Bear Creek Specialty Utility District (formerly Lavon Water Supply Corporation) from 2007-2013; Community Independent School District board trustee from 2013-2017; and currently serves as Lavon City Councilman, Place 2 since 2017.
