Position: Government Contracts Manager
Location: Surprise, AZ

Overview:
- Lead end-to-end contract processes from identification to closeout
- Translate RFP challenges into successful proposals and negotiate awards
- Expert in navigating FAR, DFARS, and agency-specific compliance
- Establish and nurture relationships with government stakeholders
- Collaborate with teams to ensure contractual success
- Create cost proposals and manage contract modifications
- Monitor metrics for resource optimization and profitability
- Maintain exemplary records and support audits with integrity
- Advise on risk assessment and contracting opportunities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Public Administration, or related field
- U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain necessary security clearances
- Minimum 5 years of experience in U.S. federal government contracting
- Proficiency in FAR, DFARS, and federal procurement
- Experience with GSA schedules, DoD, DHS, and other agencies
- Skilled in contract management systems and government portals
- Strong organizational, negotiation, and communication skills
