Our client located in Dallas, Texas is looking for a GIS Research Analyst for a direct hire opportunity.

Located near the Downtown Area
Commercial Real Estate
GIS Research Analyst Role:
Will create and manipulate aerials used to research commercial properties.
Produce thematic maps using demographic variables and possibly other types.
Conduct market research to support data articles and informational products.
Run demographic reports mostly within Texas.
Evaluate data and share knowledge with brokers and administrative staff.
Gather as much relevant information from brokers, executives, and others.
Determine the most proficient approach to requested projects.
GIS Research Analyst Background Profile:
A Bachelor's degree is preferred
Minimum 2 years of experience
Must have recent experience as a Graphic or GIS Analyst
Looking for candidates with commercial real estate, marketing, or retail site selection experience.
Someone who is highly familiar with Geographic Information Systems (GIS)
Experience with Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop preferred, if not something similar
Prefer they have GIS experience preferably MapInfo and/or ESRI products
Must have a working knowledge of demographics and demographic reporting
