Our client located in Lone Tree, Colorado would like to hire a Medical Assistant to join their busy practice for a direct hire opportunity.Â

Front Desk Medical Assistant Role:
Support all Patients thorough out the process providing nest step instructions per the physician's instructions. Â
When ready initiate the workup checklist and chart auditÂ
Assign patients with an RN when a treatment plan is finalized
Track and audit all patient consent formsÂ
Ensure current pre-conceptual labs, communicable testing, pap smear, annual exam, and mammogram (if applicable) have been completed
Keep on top of any missing consents/medical reports/lab workup.
Send abnormal labs to RN to review with physician.
Send all normal lab results to patient via secure portal.
Transcribe, enter and verify data into the electronic medical recordÂ
Fax patient prescriptions and prescription refillsÂ
Perform chart audits for weekly meeting and confirm all treatment care plansÂ
Answer patient calls and emailsÂ
Act as a liaison for difficult situations and patient issues
Route patient questions and concerns to the appropriate personnel
Front Desk Medical Assistant Background Profile:Â
Current Medical Assistant certification or LPN license
Or proven experience is a similar role/responsibilities
Current BLS certification
Minimum of 1 years of related work experience
Women’s Health and /or Infertility experience is a plus
Strong computer skills, ability to use basic office equipment.
Strong ability to follow procedures is essential.Â
Must be organized, with a strong ability to multi-task, prioritize, and have a strong attention to detail and strong ability to utilize time efficiently.
Must have a strong ability to act independentlyÂ
Must have excellent customer service skillsÂ
Must consistently display a positive attitude and flexibility in changing situations
Maintain strict confidentiality for all patient and clinic informationÂ
Ability to work weekends and holidays on a rotating basis with other teammates
