Executive and Personal Assistant
Our client, located in Atlanta, GA, is in need of a contract Executive and Personal Assistant. This role is estimated to last between one and three months and does have the potential to go contract to hire. 

Company Profile:
Provides software and service for a variety of industries

The Executive Assistant and Personal Assistant  Role:
This role encompasses responsibilities typically associated with an office manager, executive assistant and personal assistant
Will manager front desk
Responsible for opening the office in the morning
Answers and screens all phone calls
Handles facilities management for office
Manages building access, parking and access cards
Keep office and kitchen supplies stocked
Order meals for office when needed
Manage conference room access and equipment
Oversees new hire paperwork for new employees and gives information to HR Director
Work with HR and attorneys regarding H1B visa employees
Add, end or alter benefit selections for employees
Plan Christmas party and other team building events
Get approvals for invoices, scan and send to corporate accounting team
Maintain PTO for company
Submit payroll for approximately 15 employees
Coordinate giving to charitable ministries
Coordinate family travel and family meetings
Prepare personal invoices for payment for the CEO and his family
Coordinate personal calendar for CEO and spouse
Run errands
Manage dining reservations for CEO and spouse
Track expenses and reconcile monthly statements and receipts

Background Profile:
8+ years of professional office experience as an Executive and personal assistant
Degree is preferred, but will consider candidates with appropriate experience
Ability to pass a criminal history and credit history check
Experience with invoicing
Some exposure to new hire paperwork and other general HR duties 
Previous payroll entry experience for a small office
Must be very organized and excel in managing calendars and itineraries
Highly confidential
Previous experience with managing charitable giving would be ideal
Must be interested in running personal errands for CEO and family
