Our client in the Fort Worth, TX is seeking an Executive Director on a direct hire basis.

Executive Director Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the operations, including strategic planning, financial management, business development, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care.
Strategic Leadership:
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
Provide visionary leadership to drive growth and expansion while maintaining a focus on quality and patient satisfaction.
Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and innovation throughout the organization.
Financial Management:
Manage the agency's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimization while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Monitor key performance indicators and take proactive measures to address any financial challenges or opportunities.
Operational Excellence:
Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure the efficient delivery of home health services.
Establish and maintain policies and procedures that promote compliance with regulatory guidelines and best practices.
Implement quality assurance programs to monitor and improve the quality of patient care.
Business Development:
Cultivate and maintain relationships with referral sources, including healthcare providers, hospitals, and community organizations.
Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand market share and increase revenue.
Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory changes to inform strategic decision-making.
Staff Development and Engagement:
Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team of clinical and administrative staff.
Foster a culture of professional growth and development, providing opportunities for staff to enhance their skills and advance their careers.
Promote a positive work environment that values diversity, inclusivity, and employee engagement.


Executive Director Background Profile:
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
5+ years of experience in a leadership role within the home health industry.
RN/Executive Nurse Leader - Preferred
Strong understanding of regulations, reimbursement mechanisms, and healthcare delivery models.
Proven track record of driving organizational growth and achieving financial targets.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Demonstrated ability to inspire and lead a diverse team toward common goals.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
