Executive Assistant to the CEO Role
The Executive Assistant to the CEO provides high-level, one-on-one executive support and serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
As an Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will work independently on projects from conception through completion while maintaining seamless daily executive operations. The Executive Assistant to the CEO also collaborates closely with senior management and cross functional teams, including Marketing, to amplify the CEO’s voice and visibility.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the CEO
Serve as a liaison between the CEO, senior leadership, employees, clients, and vendors
Manage complex scheduling, priorities, and confidential communications
Exercise sound judgment while handling sensitive and confidential matters
Collaborate with Marketing to support the CEO’s social media presence and conference content
Assist with content creation, scheduling, and engagement on behalf of the CEO
Respond to direct messages and communications as delegated
Support video and multimedia planning, creation, and light editing
Coordinate content and logistics for speaking engagements
Support initiatives designed to amplify thought leadership, increase visibility, and spark conversation
Executive Assistant to the CEO Background Profile
Bachelor’s degree required
Experience supporting C-level executives
Strong interest and experience in internal and external communications
Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
High level of emotional intelligence and professionalism
Advanced written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Mac software (Pages, Numbers, Keynote), Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Gmail), and ideally PC software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
