Join a fast-paced, mission-driven leadership team as a full-time Executive Personal Assistant supporting the Chief Strategic Officer. This hybrid direct hire opportunity is based in San Marcos, CA.

Executive Personal Assistant Role:
As the Executive Personal Assistant to the CSO, you’ll be responsible for coordinating calendar and travel logistics, managing communication, and offering occasional personal assistant support.
This role requires emotional intelligence, initiative, and flexibility, as you’ll be supporting a fast-paced executive with a broad scope of responsibilities.
Calendar management and schedule coordination for professional and civic commitments
Prepare for meetings, ensuring materials are accurate and timely
Travel coordination and logistical planning
Assist with work/life logistics (non-childcare-related)
Manage email flow and prioritize responses
Maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times
Comfort working in a dog-friendly environment
Local availability required for in-person support
Executive Personal Assistant Background Profile:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
1–2 years of executive or personal assistant experience required
Strong communication, calendar, and logistics skills
Bilingual English/Spanish a plus but not reuired
Comfortable with flexible hours (7:00 AM start typical)
Proactive, highly organized, and adaptable
Technically proficient in Microsoft Office, Zoom, and willing to learn tools like Notion and ChatGPT
Must love dogs!
Possible travel within U.S. and Puerto Rico, 10%
