Our client located in Franklin, TN is looking to add an Executive Assistant to their team on a direct hire basis.

Executive Assistant Role:
The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive support to our Chief Brand Officer. The ideal candidate will be adept at handling various administrative tasks, possess exceptional organizational skills, and demonstrate proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel. This role requires the ability to efficiently translate conversations into visually appealing presentations, ensuring alignment with brand themes and messaging. Additionally, strong proficiency in Excel is essential for managing data and generating reports. The Executive Assistant will play a critical role in facilitating smooth communication and operations within the executive office.
Translate conversations with the Chief Brand Officer into visually engaging PowerPoint presentations.
Ensure all slides are on brand and theme, with attention to detail in modifying master slides and formatting.
Collaborate with the Chief Brand Officer to develop compelling presentations for various stakeholders.
Manage the Chief Brand Officer's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
Arrange travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries for business trips.
Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls with professionalism and confidentiality.
Utilize Excel to manage data, create spreadsheets, and generate reports as needed.
Serve as a primary point of contact between the Chief Brand Officer and internal/external stakeholders.
Facilitate effective communication and information flow within the executive office and across departments.
Assist in drafting, editing, and proofreading documents, presentations, and communications.
Executive Assistant Background Profile:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.
3-5 years of Executive support experience
Must have Advanced PowerPoint skills
Strong Excel skills
Sophisticated communication style
Meticulously Detail Orientated
Thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment while maintaining focus on delivering strategic objectives.
