Our client located in Denver Colorado is looking for an Executive Assistant to support the CEO. This is a direct hire opportunity.

Executive Assistant Role:
As an Executive Assistant you’ll be the go-to resource the COO and at times the President and senior leadership.
Daily goal is to ensure seamless day-to-day operations while playing a pivotal role in high-level strategic sessions.
Your ability to anticipate needs, stay organized, and handle confidential matters with discretion will make you an indispensable asset to the team.
Orchestrate scheduling, travel, and daily priorities for top-level executives.
Prepare polished materials for leadership meetings, presentations, and reports.
Manage correspondence, communications, and follow-ups with precision.
Serve as the key link between executives and stakeholders, ensuring smooth interactions.
Plan and execute structured leadership sessions aimed at driving company strategy.
Ensure all necessary materials are prepared, distributed, and documented.
Track key takeaways, assigned actions, and follow-up initiatives.
Maintain executive records, process expenses, and oversee budget-related tasks.
Coordinate leadership retreats, team offsites, and high-level company meetings.
Take ownership of special projects that contribute to operational efficiency.
Executive Assistant Background Profile:
A degree is a plus, but experience and expertise matter most.
5+ years in an executive support role, ideally in a fast-paced, operations-driven industry.
Experience with complex calendar management and booking/scheduling extensive travel.
Proficiency in office productivity tools & organizational platforms.
Attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and outstanding communication.
Resourceful, adaptable, and able to anticipate needs before they arise.
