Professional Executive Assistant Opportunity
We are actively seeking two meticulous and forward-thinking Executive Assistants to provide high-level support to our Chief Operating Officer, CEO, and other key executives. These are full-time roles with a hybrid work arrangement located in the dynamic city of Dallas, TX. This is a fantastic opportunity for career growth within a rapidly expanding organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage intricate calendars and communications to ensure seamless operations in our ever-growing company
- Expertly coordinate multiple schedules, emails, and travel arrangements as the "air traffic controller" of the executives' calendars
- Handle complex calendar schedules and email correspondence across different time zones
- Precisely manage travel bookings and logistical arrangements
- Oversee and manage two separate email accounts and work channels
- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external communications
- Schedule a high volume of meetings with frequently changing priorities
- Provide real-time updates and reminders as necessary
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive documents and scheduling with utmost discretion
Qualifications and Experience:
- Desirable 1-2 years of relevant experience in support or Executive Assistant roles
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-oriented environment
- Flexibility with working hours, including occasional availability in the evenings and on weekends
- Strong organizational skills, proactive mindset, and high emotional intelligence
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is advantageous
- Proficient in Microsoft 365, Zoom, and willingness to adapt to new tools like Notion and AI applications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities

Job Requirements
Bachelorâ s degree or equivalent experience, 1â 2 years of executive or personal assistant experience required, Strong communication, calendar, and logistics skills.
