Executive Assistant Role:
Executive Assistant will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth day to day operations of the executives office, requiring a high degree of discretion confidentiality, and attention to detail
Manage and maintain the executives calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events with efficiency and precision
Organize and coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries
Handle and track the executive's business expenses, including preparation and submission of expense reports on a timely basis
Serve as the main point of contact for the executives communications, screening emails, phone calls, and other messages while maintaining confidentiality
Prepare, proofread, and edit documents, presentations, and reports as needed
Maintain confidentiality with sensitive business and personal information, ensuring privacy at all times
Assist with ad hoc projects as needed, providing support for special initiatives
Executive Assistant Background Profile:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field is preferred
3 years of experience supporting an executive in an administrative or assistant capacity
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
High degree of professionalism, with an emphasis on confidentiality and discretion
Ability to work independently and anticipate needs
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficient use of software tools, including Adobe Suite for document management and Excel for data tracking, reporting, and analysis
