Senior Software Engineer Role:
- Lead the development of innovative, full stack solutions that drive the organization's technological growth
- Contribute significantly to the design and maintenance of enterprise-level applications in a dynamic, fast-paced setting
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners to transform concepts into user-friendly UI components
- Work on various platforms including iOS, Android, APIs, and web portals
- Follow Agile methodologies, participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and code reviews
- Offer constructive feedback, engage in design discussions, and mentor team members as necessary
- Explore and implement cutting-edge technologies to enhance product offerings
- Utilize Azure DevOps or similar tools for project tracking and collaboration
- Contribute to scaling and improving proprietary software solutions within the private aviation sector
Senior Software Engineer Background Profile:
- 6+ years of experience in software development utilizing C#
- 4+ years with C# .NET Core 3.x or newer
- 5+ years working with Entity Framework Core, SQL databases, HTML, and CSS
- 2+ years hands-on experience with Blazor
- Expertise in system design, implementation, and stakeholder integration
- Proficient in Agile methodologies and version control systems like Git
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar platforms
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adept at meeting deadlines
