Excellent opportunity to work for our amazing client in Austin, TX (Lakeway area) as an E-Learning Specialist on a contract to hire basis.

E-Learning Specialist Role:
The E-Learning Specialist will work closely with a team, assisting with the creation of e-learning resources for customers, building innovative learning experiences such as in-application walkthrough videos, e-learning simulations, and knowledge base articles.
Design and develop learning solutions
Apply tested instructional design theories, practices and methods (ADDIE) to create eLearning solutions that are engaging, activity-based and results-oriented.
Create solutions that satisfy the needs of a diverse set of learners (e.g., webinars, interactive modules, videos, online courses, quick reference guides, video, performance support walkthroughs, etc.).
Track the results of learning experiences. Review and iterate learning experiences to improve performance outcomes.
Maximize available learning technologies (including and not limited to Adobe Captivate, Articulate, Go-To-Meeting, Snag-It, Screensteps, etc.) in the learning solution design.
Develop content for SaaS business applications. 
Collaborate with the Training manager to develop and track project timeline.
Continuously gather SME feedback on learning solutions and apply improvements accordingly.
Communicate progress regularly to leadership.

E-Learning Specialist Background Profile:
1+ year of experience creating technical learning experiences in a variety of formats for adult learners.
Experience creating engaging online learning experiences that product measurable outcomes.
Demonstrated experience with instructional design methodologies that are fast-paced, production oriented, and possess a strong eye for visual design. 
Demonstrated skills using development software/eLearning authoring tools such as Adobe Captivate, etc., Articulate Storyline, and a Learning Management System (LMS).
Ability to convert technical or complex information into easily used and understandable text and graphics.
Experience editing audio and video a plus
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills a must
Superior writing, organizational and business communication skills
Strong organization skills
Time management skill and strong attention to detail skills
The ideal candidate will be professional, reliable, and results-oriented
Self-motivated, creative thinker with a desire to grow and learn and bring fun into learning experiences
