District Manager Role:
In this role, you will report to the Vice President and be responsible for leading and managing the success of multiple branch operations. Responsible for the overall operations of the branches including staffing, coaching, training, customer service levels, operating with the correct fleet mix, etc.
You will partner with support teams and execute the corporate initiatives and programs to ensure that the highest level of safety, employee engagement, and company growth are met.
Responsible for leading and coaching a team of branch managers in all branch sales and sales support functions. 
Drive performance and set goals and objectives for each location to achieve P&L results.
Ensure the your branch managers are trained in all areas to operate successfully and achieve goals – operating systems, product knowledge, and leadership skills.
Responsible for executing safety expectations and sales expectations.
Execute operations, employee and safety policies and procedures to support and promote a safe and highly engaged field operations team.
Set sales goals and objectives for your team, set rates, and provide product and sales training, along with coaching your sales team to grow the market and generate profitable revenue.
Ensure that your branches deliver exceptional customer service.
Ensure that your entire team including drivers, service technicians, and inside sales team have the necessary tools, training, and resources to provide amazing customer service.
Work with other departments to ensure assigned locations are in alignment with the overall processes and direction of the company.
Provide company leadership with up to date performance of your assigned branches by using reports and data that will help make decisions that affect branch operations.
Travel to your assigned branch locations to ensure operational excellence.
Meet and engage with all employees each time and include customer engagement at the branch and in the field.

District Manager Background Profile:
Bachelor’s degree
7+ years of experience in roles showing increased responsibility
3+ years of management/supervisory experience – excellent people development skills and desire to lead by example
3+ years of experience leading teams in a multi-location work environment
MS Office Suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Experience generating revenue
Analytical decision making skills
Strong financial acumen, including cognitive skills, problem analysis, decision making and quantitative analysis
Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
Strong multi-tasking skills
