Our client is in immediate need of a Director of HOA and Property Management in Dallas, TX on a direct hire basis.

Handle HOA’ s for many neighborhoods and communities

Director of HOA and Property Management Role:
In this role, you will work closely with a team of association managers who are managing a group of properties/neighborhoods each.
Strong leadership skills are necessary for success in this role and a “ Lead the Team by Example” attitude.
Responsible for managing your team of association managers, as well as providing training and development, and involved in interviewing and hiring as well
Follow-ups, auditing, reporting
Attending multiple meetings to assist your team and build relationships with boards
Provide excellent customer service
Directly oversee association managers and the portfolio of community associations they handle
Quality control – perform weekly meetings one-on-one with managers 
Attend board meetings and annual meetings as necessary
Oversee projects involving managers and portfolio of communities
Quarterly site inspections of all properties in portfolio
Work closely with the accounting team to ensure financials, collections, payables
Responsible for performing performance reviews 
Responsible for payroll processing and time off requests
Ensure deadlines are met and response times are met for clients in regards to preparation of packets/materials for board review prior to meeting

Director of HOA and Property Management Background Profile:
Bachelor’ s Degree preferred
Strong leadership skills – lead by example
Experience in residential property management
HOA (Homeowners Association) experience is required
Management experience – will have approximately 6 direct reports
MS Office Suite
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Desire to lead by example and work closely with your team to provide outstanding results and customer service for clients
Strong customer service skills
This is not a 40 hour/week role – getting settled into the Director role may initially take 50 – 60 hours/week
