Digital Marketing Coordinator Role:
The Digital Marketing Coordinator will ensure seamless coordination and implementation of various marketing activities, including digital campaigns, lead management, and materials coordination.
Collaborate with brand managers in the formulation of digital strategies to build a lasting connection with customers, plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media, launch optimized online adverts through various channels, be involved in SEO efforts, assist with designing and developing promotional emails and organize their distribution.
Plan and oversee the company's social media presence, optimizing online advertisements across multiple platforms, and contributing to SEO efforts.
Assisting in the creation and deployment of engaging promotional emails.
Leveraging CRM software to track and nurture leads, working closely with commercial excellence and brand teams to ensure efficient lead management.
Coordinating with internal teams and external partners to deliver impactful virtual events, including setup, content creation, and attendee engagement strategies.
Managing the planning and execution of virtual tradeshows and webinars, from pre-event promotion to post-event follow-up.
Supervising the approval, production, and distribution of marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, presentations, and promotional items.
Monitoring inventory levels and handling distribution logistics for marketing materials.
Providing support for training and sales operations during key events like the National Sales Meeting and regional sales meetings.
Undertaking various assigned projects as needed.
Digital Marketing Coordinator Background Profile:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field a plus, will consider relivant certification in lieu of degree
At least two years of experience in marketing operations, digital marketing, or relevant roles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
Experience in the medical industry is advantageous.
Highly skilled in HubSpot and Salesforce platforms.
Exceptional project management abilities, capable of prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines within a dynamic environment.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptionally organized with meticulous attention to detail.
