Digital Marketing Administrator Role:
The Digital Marketing Administrator will have a direct impact on the company’ s digital marketing strategy by overseeing and collaborating on the creation, enhancement, and continuous improvement of their digital marketing plan.
This role will report to and work under the General Manager.
The ideal person for this role is someone who comes from a Marketing Agency background, is self-motivated and a doer, and can step into the role and make an immediate impact!
You will be responsible to drive online traffic to company websites, social media channels, microsites and the call center.
Create and manage company’ s online content consistent with company brand standards including posts, photos, videos, blogs, etc. 
Impact the positive reviews received by the company by managing the company’ s online review presence and devise and implement strategies to increase positive reviews.
Manage digital channel interactions/conversation with customers. 
You will track KPI’ s such as impressions, conversions, online reputation, cost per lead, cost of marketing, etc., as well as provide detailed reporting on company key performance indicators on a regular basis. 
Assist with the management of various digital advertising channels (retargeting, pre-roll, lead nurture, display ads, etc.).
Responsible for annual, monthly, and quarterly campaigns.   Develop and manage digital and email marketing campaigns, calls to action and offers.   Also, manage online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness.
Utilize and assist with management of pay-per-click campaigns and organic search.
Collaborate with other marketing departments and sales to enhance results across all channels, as well as collaborate with online partners.
Responsible for managing search engine and directory listings and keeping them updated. 
Evaluate customer research, market considerations, and competitor data.
To keep the company at the forefront of developments in the digital marketing arena, continuously review new technologies in the market.  

Digital Marketing Administrator Background Profile:
Associates degree or Bachelor’ s degree in business and/or marketing preferred 
2+ years’ experience in digital marketing, preferably with a Marketing Agency
Business-to-consumer marketing experience ideal
Flexibility and adaptability to change
Desire to learn and keep up to date on new trends/technologies
Excellent communication skills
Team player 
Strategic and analytical thinker
