Defense Transportation and Trucking Litigation Associate Attorney
Right candidate must be able to hit the ground running with a full caseload
Manage entire legal process from investigation to trial and negotiate settlement
Represent transportation related incident from beginning to end.
Candidate must show comprehensive legal and knowledge working with businesses, insurance companies and trucking industry
Prepare for mediations, hearings and trials
Draft motions, discovery, and related pleadings
Vast knowledge of insurance defense including transportation, personal injury, general liability, and product liability
Excellent communication with clients, courts and other office personnel
Excellent writing skills required
Candidate must be excellent at settlement negotiations
You must exhibit strong work ethics, meet deadlines, and achieve results for the clients
The ideal candidate should have experience in general liability, product liability, personal injury, transportation, and other claims involving litigation defense
Defense Transportation and Trucking Litigation Associate Attorney Background
Candidate must have 5-7 years of Insurance Defense Transportation experience
The applicant must be in good standing with the Texas State Bar
Prior experience prepping from ntake to courthouse
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Attorney must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
Candidate must possess the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Candidate must be punctual and enjoy working in a team environment
Candidate must be able to multi-task in a very fast-paced environment
Candidate must have superior organizational skills
Law Firm Features and Benefits
This Firm represents Insurance, Trucking, Tractor/Trailer, Bus, Crane clients
Healthy salary, quarterly bonuses and 10% origination fee
This is a hybrid position, 3 days in office, 2 days from home
