Data Validation Analyst
Our client is a dynamic and expanding organization dedicated to data-driven decision-making. They are looking to add several Data Validation Analyst as soon as possible for a year, possibly longer.

Data Validation Analyst Role:
As a Data Validation Analyst, you will focus on ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of business-critical data.
You will collaborate across data engineering, analytics, and operations teams to identify and resolve data quality issues, build validation processes, and help maintain robust reporting and dashboard tools.
Will perform data profiling, validation, and cleansing to detect inconsistencies across multiple datasets
Identify root causes of data discrepancies and recommend both immediate and long-term solutions
Review mapping documentation for data ingestion and integration from new sources
Collaborate with engineering and analytics teams to confirm accuracy and completeness of datasets
Assist in building and maintaining dashboards and reports that reflect data quality metrics and trends
Follow established data quality and governance protocols; contribute to continuous process improvements
Stay informed of industry trends and best practices related to data validation and analysis
Data Validation Analyst Background Profile:
Bachelor’s degree required
Minimum of 3 years of experience in data validation, data analysis, or related roles
Proficient in SQL for querying, data validation, and troubleshooting
Experience with Alteryx strongly preferred
Proficient with Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data issues to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Naturally curious, self-directed, and motivated to dig into data issues and trends
