Customer Support Specialist Role:
The Customer Support Specialist will will assist customers with complaints and questions by providing accurate information about products and service
Respond to all customer service inquires within 1-2 business days
Provide correct and professional responses that result in resolution and customer satisfaction
Generate correspondence to secure additional customer information
Develop strong relationships with customer contacts and partners and provide them with assistance as needed
Coordinate with warehouse to ensure all orders/shipments are fulfilled and processed correctly
Support operations with special projects, troubleshooting, and testing
Report any product, part, or customer trends to management
Provide management with feedback to improve processes and maintain desk level operating procedures
Prioritize and escalate/hot situations
Customer Support Specialist Background Profile:
High scool diploma or quivilant
2 years experience in customer service department or hospitality a plus
HVAC or Technical Support experiece a plus
Experience working with a CRM
Microsoft Office knowlege
Prioritization and task management
Attention to detail
Positivity and teamwork mentality
