Customer Service Representative 
Busy and growing client located in Irving, TX has an immediate need for a Customer Service Representative on a contract to possible hire basis.

Customer Service Representative Role:
As a Customer Service Representative working in a call center environment, you will be working to support participants with their accounts. 
Navigate through multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy. 
Assist customers with resolving issues and answer any questions they may have. 
Receive and implement coaching and feedback in order to achieve individual and team performance goals. 
Provide high level of professionalism and customer service to a variety of customers. 
Ability to read and interpret documents. 
Receive and respond to clients via email in a professional and courteous manner.

Customer Service Representative Background Profile:
High School Diploma or GED
Bilingual English and Spanish- Read and write preferred
Minimum of 2 years contact center experience in providing customer service in the benefits or healthcare industries
MUST be able to work 11am - 8pm 
Ability to type minimum 35 wpm 
Excellent verbal and written communications skills over the phone as well as email
Project a positive demeanor with co-workers and customer’ s 
Ability to listen and address customer issues to provide resolution and retain the client
Must work well under pressure with excellent attention to detail and multi-tasking ability 
Must be able to pass a state, federal and criminal background check
