Customer Service Representative

We have a fantastic opportunity for several Customer Service Representatives with our growing and busy company in Denver, CO on a contract to possible hire basis.
Provide innovative solutions to healthcare needs
Located in Denver and expanding to other areas
Customer Service Representative Role:
In this role, you will take inbound calls and make outbound calls to customers in a friendly, warm and positive manner.
Confer with customers by telephone or in person to provide information about products or services, take or enter orders, cancel accounts, or obtain details of complaints.
Complete contract forms, prepare change of address records, or issue service discontinuance orders – via computers.
Contact customer to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results or any planned adjustments.
Operate telephone switchboard to answer, screen, and forward calls.
Provide necessary information to callers, take messages, and schedule appointments.
Greet persons entering the establishment, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct them to specific destinations.
Schedule appointment and maintain and update appointment calendars.
File and maintain records.
Perform administrative support tasks, such as proofreading, transcribing handwritten information, and working with computers and calculators to work with pay records, invoices, balance sheets, etc.
Analyze data to determine answers to questions from customers.
Schedule space or equipment for special programs and assist in preparation lists of participants.
Enroll individuals to participate in programs and notify them of acceptance.
Customer Service Representative Background Profile:
High School diploma required
Some college is preferred
Healthcare experience is not required but is a plus
Strong data entry skills and ability to enter information with accuracy and attention to detail
Proficient in MS Office
Proficient in Google Docs and G Suite
Experience working in a CRM system
Excellent customer service skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Highly organized, able to multi-task, and desires working in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work either 8am – 4pm or 12pm – 8pm Monday – Friday and working rotating Saturdays from 9am – 4pm. You will work a 40 hour week.
