AMAZING opportunity to join a well-established and growing company.  My client in Dallas, TX is looking to hire a Customer Service Representative on a contract to hire basis.   

Company Profile:
Continued Education 
Casual Dress code
Monday - Friday hours 

Customer Service Representative Role:
The Customer Service Representative will deliver exceptional customer service and support to customers who are licensed professionals looking for online education services and training.
Assist customers with a variety of questions including (product information, order status, troubleshooting questions)
Responsible for handling customer inquiries via email and chat
Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism, dependability, availability and flexibility
Process payments and handle billing inquiries

Customer Service Representative Profile:
High School Diploma or Equivalent 
1+ year of call center & customer service experience 
Needs to be highly motivated, able to handle detailed transactions promptly and thoroughly 
Must be able to organize and prioritize daily tasks and work independently with minimal supervision
Must be comfortable multitasking 
Strong MS Office skills 
Will have to pass a credit check
