Job Description
Our client located in Dallas, TX has an immediate need for a customer service representative on a contract to possible hire basis and may consider direct hire for the right skill set.

Customer Service Role:
The Customer Service Representative will greet customers, build relationships while assisting them with product orders and resolve issues.
Listens to understand their needs and challenges.
Demonstrates product knowledge by understanding a customer’s problem and products designed to solve it.
Collaborates with team members and utilizes all company resources to give customers the best service and experience possible.
Prepares sales orders and assists customers in selecting and loading merchandise.
Resolve customer complaints or problems professionally and in a timely manner.
Maintains a clean, well-organized, well-stocked reception area and desk.
Communicates with Shipping/Receiving about orders, shipping information, back orders and special requests.
Communicates with the Purchasing Department about drop shipments, back orders, and low inventory.
Other duties as assigned.

Strong and friendly customer-service attitude.
Highly organized and self-motivated and detail-oriented – order fulfillment expectations are very high!
Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to “think on your feet”.
Understands information and communicates clearly, asks questions, and thinks critically to identify solutions to problems.
A cooperative, dependable team player that can work independently and with a team.
Good computer and record-keeping skills.
Ability to multi-task and adjust priorities based on daily business needs.
Aptitude to learn ever-evolving systems, programs and processes.
Ability to frequently lift and move items that weigh up to 30 pounds and occasionally up to 60 pounds.
Have a driver’s license.
Must be 18 years of age or older to apply.
