Job Description
Our client in Dallas, Texas is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative for a contract-to-hire position.

Customer Service Representative Role:
- Manage customer inquiries, find proactive solutions, and ensure overall customer satisfaction
- Respond to customer queries via phone and email with professionalism and efficiency
- Identify customer concerns, assess their needs, and offer appropriate solutions
- Resolve issues promptly and keep customers informed throughout the process
- Document interactions and solutions in the CRM system for accurate tracking
- Collaborate with internal and external teams for seamless service delivery and issue resolution
- Utilize strong problem-solving skills to address challenges independently, escalating when necessary
- Generate reports and monitor cases for timely follow-ups and ensure customer satisfaction
- Support field employees by managing logistics, shipping materials, and supplies to stores and drivers
Customer Service Representative Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-3 years of demonstrated customer support experience
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Effective phone and email communication skills with active listening and clear problem resolution
- Familiarity with CRM systems, experience with ServiceChannel is a plus
- Adaptability to different customer communication styles and de-escalation of tense situations
- Excellent multitasking, prioritization, and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and quick learner of new software
- Bilingual proficiency is an advantage
