Busy, fast paced Health and Wellness client located in Austin, TX would like to add on a couple for health minded Customer Service Representatives on a Direct Hire basis.

Customer Service Representative Role:
The customer service representative will support and communicate with prospects, new and existing clients via phone, email and live chat. 
Inbound and outbound calls to new and existing clients to discuss services offered and available 
Answer questions regarding memberships and congratulate them on their successes as they achieve their fitness goals
Resolve any issues clients may have and escalate as needed
Collaborate with Trainers to educate and encourage new clients to upsell various products
Correspond to clients in a professional manner via email and chat

Customer Service Representative Background Profile:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
1+ years high volume call center experience required
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
High attention to detail and a multi-tasker
Ability to prioritize work and be flexible to make any necessary changes based on business needs
