Customer Service Representative    
Looking for Growth and flexibility! Our client in Arlington, TX has an immediate need for a for a Customer Service Representative on a contract to possible hire basis.

Customer Service Representative Role:
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for processing new sales and renewals as well as perform critical support duties. The successful candidate will develop sales proposals and renewals for agents, will respond to internal and external requests for information and prepare important documents and policy information. 
Management of ongoing client service relationships
Maintain open and clear communication with clients, producers, carriers/vendors and other team members
Communicate due dates, timelines and expectation to clients and partners
Identify problems, summarize and develop strategic solutions
Assist with renewals including preparing appropriate contractual changes
Prepare summary reports for clients in Excel
Scan and maintain digital files
Update client and prospect database and contact management systems

Customer Service Representative Background Profile:
Minimum of 1-year prior customer service experience
College degree or industry specific designation preferred
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Strong attention to detail and ability to self-check work
Excellent time management skills, task oriented, excellent organizational skills as well as the ability to prioritize work load
Must be proficient in Excel as well as working knowledge of Windows, Word
