$17/hr with the opportunity to earn a great monthly bonus!   This is a contract to hire position and candidates are typically converted in 3 months!

Customer Service Representative / Leasing Agent Role:
The Customer Service Representative / Leasing Agent is responsible for answering inbound calls in a professional, warm and engaging manner.
Provide specific and detailed information about properties and engage the caller to want to schedule a visit to the property.
Answer inbound calls from prospective residents, clients, and residents living in apartment communities throughout the US
Responsible for handling customer inquiries via email and chat
Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism, dependability, availability and flexibility
Receive, take, and handle service requests and work order calls
Process payments and handle billing inquiries
Represent client properties in a professional and positive manner

Customer Service Representative / Leasing Agent Background Profile:
High School diploma or equivalent
2+ years of customer service experience
Flexibility to work any of the 3 schedules: 10-7, 11-8, or 12-9 shift with rotating consecutive days off
First 3 weeks is training, 8-5 Monday – Friday  - required – cannot miss any days
Excellent job stability – no job hoppers
Leasing agent experience a plus but not required
Will consider strong candidates with a retail or restaurant background
Exceptional communication/phone skills required – professional and articulate phone voice
The ideal candidate will be outgoing, with a dynamic personality and exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage others and gain their interest in the property they are sharing with them.
Ability to effectively and persuasively lead a conversation – must love building relationships over the phone
Strong problem-solving skills and exceptional organizational skills
Great attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask and prioritize
Self-starter and strong determination to be successful
