Customer Service Representative / Client Services Representative
Our growing client located in Addison, TX has an immediate need for a Customer Service Representative/ Client Services Representative on a contract to possible hire basis.

Customer Service Representative / Client Services Representative Role:
The Customer Service Representative / Client Services Representative will assist customers and our field sales team.   The customer service representative / client services representative must be willing and able to provide exceptional customer service as well as satisfying the needs of our sales team.  
Answer inbound calls from customers and sales reps as assist with any questions or issues they may have 
Create and follow up on orders
Main point of contact for and   between accounts/field sales as well as the corporate office
Set up and maintain customer accounts 
Assist our shipping department to ensure timely processing and shipment of orders as well as auto-ship

Customer Service Representative / Client Services Representative Background Profile:
Bachelor’ s Degree Preferred but not required
Must have 3-5 years of experience in customer service/medical billing a plus
Experience working in an   Aesthetics practice or Medical Device company is a plus
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills 
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) Required
