Customer Service Representative / Lead Manager
Do you have call center experience where you were making a high amount of outbound calls? This is a fantastic opportunity to work in an office environment calling on leads and working with the sales department. This is a Contract position in Houston, TX that is scheduled to last through the summer. 

Company Profile:
National recognized pool builder is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a contract opportunity. This company is known as one of the very best in the industry, and they are looking for great talent to add to their team for approximately 3 to 4 months.

Sales Activities: 
The Customer Service Representative will make initial contact on all sales leads (received via phone, internet, referrals, etc.), goal to convert to first time appointments.
Respond to customer questions and promote / set up the appointment for the Sales Design Consultant.
Review / update all Design Consultants’ calendars and assign appropriate appointments with prospective customers.
Provide Sales Staff with necessary contact information for prospective customer
The Customer Service Representative will follow up on all appointments and leads (typically phone calls that are reported to the Sales General Manager daily)
Review all current activity with management such as outstanding appointments and customer feedback and follow through with appropriate action.

Sales Administration / Support: 
Maintain database integrity while entering all contact information into SalesLogix and reviewing SalesLogix lead database for duplication of leads.

Background Profile: 
Two to three years of related experience. Must have high volume OUTBOUND call center experience.
High School Diploma 
Excellent customer service, communication and telephone skills, and a strong attention to detail, good organization skills.
Sales experience and knowledge of selling and closing techniques, database / contact management proficiency.
Excel experience; candidates who have worked with Pivot tables would be ideal
Internal Reporting and communication: Sales Staff to schedule appointments and discuss sales opportunities; Management – updates on appointments scheduled and necessary reports.
External Communication: Customers and potential Customers via phone, email, and in person to introduce the company and persuade to meet with a Design Consultant.

Work Hours: 
Work hours are up to 40 hours per week except for their peak season which usually runs from May through September. During peak season, 50 hours per week can be required. Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule, including a schedule until 9: 00 pm and weekends. Normal weekend hours range from 10: 00 to 6: 00.
