Job Description
Job Title: Credentialing Specialist
Location: Irving, TX
Duration: 3-month project

Role Summary:
- Support provider onboarding and verification processes
- Act as the main point of contact for providers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues professionally
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records by reviewing, tracking, and updating documentation
- Ensure compliance standards are met by confirming professional qualifications, licenses, and related requirements
- Collaborate with team leads to complete screenings and verification steps
- Manage task queues efficiently to resolve items promptly
- Proactively identify and escalate potential delays or issues
- Participate in process enhancements and special team projects
- Undertake additional duties to support team objectives
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare support, administration, or data-focused roles
- Previous exposure to compliance or provider verification processes preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities, capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment
Job Requirements
3+ years of experience in healthcare, data entry, or a related field. 1+ years of healthcare compliance, credentialing, privileging, or quality experience is a plus.
