Corporate Recruiter role: 
The Corporate Recruiter is responsible for handling new hire onboarding, conducting candidate interviews, and carrying out and overseeing staffing services for the organization. 
Utilize matrix scoring system and evaluate candidates throughout the employment process.
Discuss significant talent needs and gaps with top business and HR management and implement an effective and efficient talent plan to serve the business.
Candidate sourcing, screening, evaluation, and qualification, including conducting in-depth interviews to gain a thorough grasp of the competencies and capabilities of candidates.
Deliver verbal and written updates on ongoing requisitions to the executive team and HR Leader.
Establish employer brand and entice the most qualified and credentialed people, network with industry leaders, associations, colleges, and institutions and create a talent pipeline.
Targeted business groups and develop a diversity sourcing strategy that involves forging powerful external alliances with diverse associations.
Performs further related tasks as directed.

Corporate Recruiter Background Profile:
Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
3-5 years of experience in recruiting and ATS systems
Experience in the manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
Ability to find passive talent and recruit people from varied backgrounds. 
Excellent assessment and interviewing abilities as well as a solid understanding of the procedures, tools, and methods used in assessment and selection.
In a high-demand, quick-paced atmosphere with strict deadlines, a track record of perfect performance, and a great capacity for multitasking.
