Job Description
Our client located in Dallas, TX is hiring a Corporate Paralegal. This is anticipated to be 6 month contract opportunity with the possibility to extend. An in-office position.

Corporate Paralegal Role
Support Attorneys and the Corporate Secretary by analyzing and researching legal documents and governance matters
Lead and facilitate the migration of all Integrity entities to a new entity management system
Maintain up-to-date records for all corporate entities, ensuring compliance with jurisdictional requirements
Oversee tracking of directors, managers, and officers across multiple entities
File organizational documents, annual reports, and amendments with appropriate government authorities
Monitor and ensure compliance with statutory deadlines and reporting obligations
Organize and maintain corporate legal files and databases, both digital and physical
Schedule legal meetings and coordinate departmental communications and documentation
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior legal support staff as needed
Corporate Paralegal Background Profile
Associate degree required; Bachelor degree or Paralegal Certificate preferred
4–6 years of relevant paralegal or corporate entity management experience
Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong understanding of corporate governance principles and compliance requirements
Experience with legal entity management platforms and systems preferred
High attention to detail and accuracy in legal documentation
Strong organizational, research, and communication skills
