Our client in Rochelle Park, NJ, is seeking a talented Corporate Development Manager to join their team on a direct-hire basis.

Corporate Development Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead retail transformation initiatives by spearheading new store launches, overseeing renovations, and ensuring facility excellence.
- Manage a skilled team to deliver projects with innovation, precision, and high standards.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to align project objectives and allocate resources effectively.
- Provide clear updates to executive leadership on project progress, successes, and challenges.
- Develop project strategies, oversee bidding processes, and ensure technical details are addressed for successful outcomes.
- Handle project schedules, budgets, and compliance requirements with flexibility and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate and detailed project records for audits and accessibility.
- Identify new site opportunities and support data-driven decisions for expansion and enhancements.
- Promote collaboration and coordination among cross-functional teams through effective communication.
Corporate Development Manager Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing large-scale construction or facility projects, preferably in the retail sector.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, project management software, and MS Office suite, particularly Excel.
- Demonstrated leadership, critical thinking, and communication skills to inspire teams and drive project execution.
- Ability to make decisions under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and adhere to deadlines.
- Experience in regulatory compliance, budgeting, and risk management within construction environments.

Mike has a passion for community service, having served as a board member for the Bear Creek Specialty Utility District (formerly Lavon Water Supply Corporation) from 2007-2013; Community Independent School District board trustee from 2013-2017; and currently serves as Lavon City Councilman, Place 2 since 2017.
