**Require a Bachelors minimum 5 preferably 10 directly relevant experience
**Someone who has experience contracting directly with US DOD or supplying to a major aerospace that works with the DO (SO a 2nd Tier contractor) like supplying materials to Boeing because Boeing supplies to the Government
** These acronyms are key search words DFAR and FAR- must have-this tells you they know the rules they have to follow when they work with gov.
**Trick- really want someone who has both commercial and gov. contract
**Preferably both domestic and international – will still look if they only have only domestic
