Our client located near Las Colinas, TX has an immediate opening for a Compensation Manager on a direct hire basis.Â

Compensation Manager Role:
The Compensation Manager will execute compensation strategies and programs that align with the goals of the organization.
Will follow the lead of the VP of CompensationÂ
The Manager will continuously monitor market compensation trends both nationally and within the company’s market.
Oversee annual salary administration both the creation and maintenance of annual salary structures.Â
Participate along with other executives long long-term incentive plans, equity compensation, and executive compensation designs and plans.Â
Utilize various compensation tools such as salary surveys, job evaluations, and robust compensation tools.
Regularly test market trends and analysis reports to determine competitive benchmarks.
Act as SME to managers and team members on comp-related matters.
Routinely evaluate the effectiveness of compensation plans.
Determine effective metrics and compensation-related analysis; Share reports to senior management.
Ensure all comp-related activities across the organization align with applicable regulations and standards.
Work closely with other HR departments and management teams to ensure consistent and fair comp practices across all teams.
Compensation Manager Background Profile:
Bachelor’s degrees in Finance, Business, Human Resources, or a related field required
Master's degree and/or professional compensation certification, preferred but not required
Must have 5+ years of experience in compensation management, ideally currently hold the title of Compensation Manager
Looking for candidates with a compensation career path
Preferred prior experience managing a job architecture projectÂ
Experience guiding managers with all things compensationÂ
Strong understanding of job evaluation and salary survey analysis
Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel
This role is in the office and does not offer remote employment
