Our client in Fort Worth, TX has an immediate need for a Compensation Analyst on a direct hire basis.

Compensation Analyst Role:
The Compensation Analyst reports to the VP of Human Resources and collaborates closely with HR, Finance, and Sr. Leadership teams creating job descriptions, evaluating compensation data, conducting market research, and providing recommendations to support effective compensation strategies that support the organization’s recruitment and retention
Take the lead in creating and updating job descriptions for every position within the organization.
Ensure that these descriptions consistently and accurately depict the responsibilities performed by current employees
Conduct ongoing comprehensive assessments of job roles and their associated responsibilities to ascertain the appropriate salary grade and range for each position
Analyze and evaluate compensation data to ensure alignment with company goals and market competitiveness
Gather data from market-based compensation surveys; use spreadsheet and data analysis techniques to assess results and market trends
Ensure compliance with relevant federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulations.
Prepare reports and presentations to communicate compensation analysis findings
Prepares and maintains job descriptions for each position in the organization
Ensure compliance with compensation-related laws and regulations
Identify and implement process improvements in compensation-related processes and tools 



Compensation Analyst Background Profile:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, or a related field highly preferred 
Strong knowledge of compensation principles and market pricing
Proficiency in HRIS and compensation software
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail 
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Experience in the construction industry
Familiarity with Sage Timberline and/or Arcoro
