Client Services Manager Role:
The Client Services Manager will be responsible for overseeing the process for setting up new clients with the company.  
This role will be responsible for confirming all client information is correct and accurate to get the client’ s team started in training.
This position is also responsible for managing all the client calendars, including confirming dates and times of weekly calls and seminars, as well as quarterly Executive calls.
Leads and organizes new client launches.
Manages the process for weekly lesson postings, client calendar appointments, electronic filing and maintaining accurate and easily accessible files, and the shipping of training materials to clients.
Schedules calls/ appointments and meetings for the client’ s training and ensures outstanding customer service levels are always met.  

Client Services Manager Background Profile:
High School diploma or equivalent
3+ years operations management experience 
Excellent organizational skills 
Strong experience in managing calendars, events, and travel logistics
Desire to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
Ability to communicate and process requests and information with multiple people within and outside the organization.
Must be proficient in all Mac products (Pages, Numbers, iCal, iMail)
Technology proficient
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Sense of urgency and ability to multi-task in a high volume workload environment and with multiple interruptions
Ability to anticipate client’ s needs and step in as needed in the absence of the VP of Operations
Ability to pick up new things quickly and easily, and can be flexible with change and new challenges
