Client Coordinator for Employee Benefits Role:
In this role you will work with the Client Executive team to support the business objectives of the company.
You will assist with the administrative functions including client questions, proposals, marketing, rate spreadsheets, handling renewals, and support claims resolutions.
Respond promptly to requests for information or assistance from team.
Handle incoming calls from assigned clients, addressing benefit inquiries, claim issues, eligibility concerns, billing matters, and other support-related issues.
Coordinate with medical and ancillary carriers to ensure timely resolution of client issues, acting as a liaison between clients and carriers.
Assist in marketing cases for existing business renewals and new business, including gathering census and experience information, plan designs, rates, and previous carrier details.
Evaluate marketing options from carriers and provide plan recommendations through a proposal spreadsheet, based on client needs.
Collaborate with carriers to ensure timely processing of case submissions and delivery of ID cards to clients.
Support Client Managers by providing enrollment materials, information, and presentations for client meetings.
Assist other team members and handle calls when they are unavailable.
Provide backup support to Client Managers during their absence from the office.
Proofread proposals and benefit summaries for accuracy and completeness.
Attend client meetings as required.

Client Coordinator for Employee Benefits Background Profile:
Bachelor’s degree preferred but equivalent strong experience will be considered in lieu of degree
Required 2 years benefits experience.
Experience and working knowledge of insurance products and usage, ideally on the brokerage side of the business.
MS Office Suite – specifically advanced Excel and PowerPoint experience.
Excellent customer service skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High level attention to detail and organizational skills required.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
Desire to work in a fast-paced environment with a fast growing company.
Team player as well as the ability to work independently.
