Call Center Manager Role:
The Call Center Manager will play a critical part in ensuring smooth operations, reviewing analytics, and translating data into actionable recovery operations. Your ability to juggle multiple deadlines and adapt to changing priorities will be key.
Identify and implement workflow improvements
Develop innovative ideas to boost productivity
Monitor workflow anomalies and resolve them promptly
Review analytics to drive operational efficiency
Manage case recoveries and close cases to achieve daily KPIs
Partner with leadership to address problems and anomalies
Coach and mentor team members to overcome obstacles
Create a positive environment to drive team and individual success
Run reports in Excel and Power Bi to analyze data and identify trends
Coordinate operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
Collaborate with the President to keep them informed of key metrics
Perform other duties as assigned

Call Center Manager Background Profile:
Bachelors Degree preferred but not required
3+ years of experience in call center management
Expertise in Excel and Power Bi
Strong business acumen and attention to detail
Experience in a fast-paced call center environment
Medical or healthcare knowledge preferred
Collections, data, and supervisory experience required
Degree plus certification preferred
