Call Center Manager
Our College Park, GA client is looking to add a Call Center Manager to join their team on a direct hire basis.

Call Center Manager Role:
The Call Center Manager is responsible for developing a team of agents to support the US operations of our business via phone, email, social media, and online chat.
Ability to lead and build a team including sourcing, recruiting and interviewing call center agents along with scheduling, training and workflow management
Prepare reports both weekly, monthly and yearly
Provide mentoring, feedback and coaching to agents through call monitoring and observation to ensure quality service is provided at all times
Manage HR and attendance issues as they arise
Adhere to and implement policy and procedures set by corporate
Oversee returns and handle escalations as needed
Complete performance appraisals
Ability to travel Internationally
Other duties as assigned

Call Center Manager Background Profile:
Degree preferred but not required
At least 2+ year’ s experience as a call center manager with experience developing a team
Must have or be able to obtain a Passport immediately (Training in the UK) 
Ability to work on Saturday’ s as needed
Ability to build strong teams
Must be a self-starter
E-Commerce Experience a plus
