CNC Operator
Our client located in Greenville, TX is in need of an CNC Operator. This is direct hire opportunity. This is a full-time position with regular business hours, Monday through Friday. Will be compensated on an hourly pay rate with overtime available.

CNC Operator Role:
As the CNC Operator you will set up, operate, and program the CNC lathe to meet our custom manufacturing needs.
Closely collaboration with the design and production teams to ensure high-quality components.
Program, set up, and operate 5-axis CNC lathe machines to produce components to specification.
Review and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD models.
Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues to optimize quality and efficiency.
Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Maintain and calibrate machinery for optimal production levels.
Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to meet production goals.
CNC Operator Background Profile:
High school diploma or equivalent with a technical certification is preferred.
3+ years of experience as a CNC machinist, with specific experience in 5-axis lathe operations. Experience working with wood is a plus but, not required.
Proficiency in CNC programming and knowledge of G-code, M-code.
Familiarity with CAD, CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, SolidWorks).
Strong understanding of quality control principles.
Ability to work independently with high attention to detail.
